Mico University is an internal training institute. It will become the training source for all metalforming shop floor employees regarding specific skill sets on the specific equipment used by the Mico Industries Company, world class manufacturing culture and continuous life-long learning. All metalforming shop floor employees and their supervisors are expected to operate within a culture of continuous improvement to match the implementation of mistake-proofing technologies by the Sensor Laboratory. The central goal would be to develop a company-side shop floor Metalforming manufacturing culture deeply steeped in skills with disciplined and repeatable practices – on all shifts and with all employees.
